WHO I AM

International Quality-Safety & Health-Environmental Professional - Speaker - Writer

As well as being a Quality Punk and Improvement Ninja, I am a Fellow and Chartered Quality Professional with the UK’s Chartered Quality Institute (CQI) and an honorary member of the South African Quality Institute (SAQI).

I have travelled to work in over 20 countries and with a world of experience in delivering levels of excellence beyond World Class, I have also had the fortune to be a key note speaker at conferences and branches of local Quality societies.

In the current climate emergency, I have led the path to net-zero, achieving carbon negative status, and multiple environmental awards.

Taking a humorous approach to writing about business management and Quality, I became feature writer for Quality World Magazine in London, Quality Digest Magazine in California, e-Quality Edge magazine in South Africa.

After achieving a bachelor of science in paper science and management, I have experience working in medical devices, renewables, oil & gas, industrial textiles, food manufacturing, and the aerospace industry. When not working, I enjoy photography, and spending every precious moment with my family.
